摘要：本文建立了一类非线性二阶中立型微分方程一切解振动或者渐近趋于零的充要条件。
In the present paper we obtain the sufficient and necessary conditions for all solutions of a class of second order neutral delay differential equations to be oscillatory or tends to zero asymptotically.
