摘要：首都零售业发展迅速、大型零售企业聚集、行业耗能巨大。对首都零售业"低碳"问题进行研究,符合建设"人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京"的要求,更是首都零售业转变经济增长模式的需要。研究发现,环保观念淡薄、制度建设缺失、资金不足是制约首都零售业"低碳"发展的主要因素,而要实现这一目标,需要政府、零售企业、消费者等社会各界的参与,齐抓共管、多方推进,方能有效促进首都零售业"低碳"发展。
Beijing＇s retail industry has been dramatically growing with a cluster of large-scale retail enterprises but with huge energy consumption.The study on low carbon in Beijing＇s retail industry adapts to the idea of ＂Green Beijing,High-tech Beijing and People＇s Beijing＂.Moreover,it meets the need for a transformation in economic growth pattern.This study finds that weak awareness of environmental protection,lack of institutional construction,and inadequate fund are the main factors to restrain the development of low carbon economy in Beijing＇s retail industry.To achieve the goal,it will take the government,retail enterprises and consumers to make joint efforts to promote the low carbon economy in Beijing＇s retail industry.
