摘要:随着社会发展,电子产品使用频率逐渐提高。手机、电脑等电子产品已成为人们日常生活必不可少的物品。长时间观看电子屏幕,导致人们眼睛已产生各种不同程度的损伤,近视人群年龄范围逐渐扩大,老人及青少年同样也是视疲劳人群重要组成部分。因此缓解视疲劳产品具有极大的市场及发展前景,而枸杞作为药食同源原料在保健食品中被广泛应用,在视疲劳产品中同样有很好的潜质。文章根据市场监督总局收录的缓解视疲劳产品对以枸杞为原料的缓解视疲劳产品进行了整理以及对枸杞常用配伍进行了分析,并在此基础上对枸杞的安全性、毒副作用以及功效成分、作用机制进行了简单的概括,以期为日后以枸杞为原料研发、制备缓解视疲劳保健食品提供一些参考及理论依据。
With the development of society,the use frequency of electronic products has gradually increased.Mobile phones,computers and other electronic products have become indispensable items in people’s daily life.Watching the electronic screen for a long time has led to various degrees of eye damage.The age range of people with myopia is gradually expanding.The elderly and young people are also an important part of people with visual fatigue.Therefore,the products for relieving visual fatigue have a great market and development prospect.As a drug and food homologous raw material,Lycium barbarum is widely used in health food,and has good potential in visual fatigue products.In this paper,according to the visual fatigue relief products included by state administration for market regulation,the visual fatigue relief products made of Lycium barbarum are sorted out and the commonly used compatibility of Lycium barbarum is analyzed.On this basis,the safety,toxicity,side effects,functional components and mechanism of Lycium barbarum are briefly summarized.It is expected to provide some reference and theoretical basis for the future research and development and preparation of health food to alleviate visual fatigue using Lycium barbarum as raw material.
