摘要:基于多源时空大数据,对北京城市商圈进行识别,并分析其业态和服务功能。首先利用POI、手机信令及路网数据,确定了北京市六环内的186个商圈;其次,通过对商业相关POI进行K-means聚类,将商圈分为购物休闲型、娱乐休闲型、景点观光型、教育培训型和生活服务型5类;最后,基于手机信令数据提取商圈动态客流量,分析得出商圈服务功能分为均匀型、夜间型和早晚型3类。研究发现:1)北京城市商圈业态功能各异,购物休闲型商圈以高端和时尚为主导,集中在东部;娱乐休闲型商圈集多功能于一体且交通便利;景点观光型商圈以历史文化景点为主;教育培训型商圈分散在大型居住区或办公区附近;生活服务型商圈则集聚较多的餐饮和生活服务业态。2)在服务功能方面,均匀型商圈客流量稳定,多位于工作地和大学城附近;夜间型商圈位于东部及大型居民区附近,19点为客流量高峰;早晚型商圈则位于城市外围,具有与工作通勤相似的双峰形态。这些研究结果为推动北京城市高质量发展、打造国际消费中心城市提供参考依据。
Based on multi-source spatio-temporal big data,this study identifies urban business areas in Beijing and analyzes their commercial structure and service characteristics.Firstly,this study identifies 186 business areas within the sixth ring road of Beijing using POIs,mobile signaling data and road network data.Secondly,this study utilizes K-means clustering to categorize commercial POIs into 5 types of business areas:shopping,entertainment and leisure,tourism,education,and lifestyle business areas.Finally,based on mobile signaling data,the dynamic customer flow of the business areas was extracted,reaching such a conclusion that the service characteristics of business areas could be classified into 3 types:uniform,nighttime,and morning-evening.The research has found that:1)The commercial structure of the urban business areas in Beijing varies,with shopping and leisure business areas dominated by high-end fashion and concentrated in the east.Entertainment and leisure type of business areas are multi-functional and have convenient transportation.The tourism type of business areas are dominated by historical and cultural attractions.Educational business areas are scattered near large residential or office areas.The lifestyle business areas have a high concentration of catering and lifestyle service POIs.2)In terms of service characteristics,uniform business areas have stable customer flow,mostly located near workplaces and university towns.The nighttime business areas are located in the east and near large residential areas,and the customer flow reaches a peak around 19 o clock.And the morning-evening business areas are located on the outskirts of the city,displaying a bimodal traffic pattern similar to commuting peaks.These research results can provide reference for promoting high-quality urban development of Beijing and building an international consumption center city.
