摘要:液体在液力悬置的上下液腔间流动时的阻尼消耗振动能量,通过运用机械振动学、流体力学知识,建立惯性通道式液力悬置的力学模型,对其刚度和阻尼进行数学描述,分析其影响因素,开发液力悬置动态特性和"发动机-液力悬置-车体"系统隔振效率的仿真软件包。
Actuated by engine,liquid flows though the inertia track between the two cambers and deletes the vibration energy by liquid damping.A mechanical model based on mechanical vibration and hydrodynamics theory is introduced.Its stiffness and damping are described with mathematics,and its influencing factor is analyzed. A simulation and analysis software of hydraulic mount dynamic characteristic and "engine-hydraulic mount-bodywork" isolation efficiency is developed.
