摘要：本文主要对目前实践创新型人才培养中存在的实验教学教师队伍缺位状况进行了分析,并以北京联合大学经管实验教学中心的教师队伍培养经验为案例,探索梳理出了教师队伍的"四共"运行模式、"全方位"综合培养及富有成效的教师队伍培养措施。
This paper mainly analyzed the lack of teachers in experimental teaching currently existed in the training of practical and innovative talents,, and took the teachers training experience in economics and management experimental teaching center of Beijing Union University as a case,to explore and comb out the teachers training measures , including the"four together" operation modes, "all-round" comprehensive training and rich effectiveness.
