摘要:对262名聋校教师的调查发现,教师们的学历基本上达到本科以上,但是其职前的专业训练明显不足,接受聋教育的教师只占10.7%,56.0%的数学教师不是数学教育专业毕业的,71.7%的语文教师不是语文教育专业毕业的;教师们不仅学科素养不理想,关于聋生特点的知识也很欠缺,聋校教师的职前训练和继续教育都需要改进。
The research is intended to investigate by a questionnaire about the professional quality of 262 teachers from 8 schools for the deaf in China. According to the results,the teachers have the qualified record of formal schooling,but they have insufficient pre- employment training,only 10. 7% of the teachers have received training for the deaf education,56. 0% of the mathematics teachers haven't received the mathematics education training and 71. 7% of the Chinese-language teachers haven 't received the Chinese-language education training. The teachers lack not only the mathematics and Chinese-language quality but also the knowledge on characteristic of the deaf children. The pre-employment training and the continue education for the teachers of the deaf schools need reformation.
