摘要:连续抽样方案适用于连续提交的在制品进行抽样检查。人们陆续提出了四类连续抽样方案,即CSP1,CSP2,CSPT,和CSPV。其中CSPT方案为加严多水平连续抽样方案。为了监测生产过程质量的稳定性,避免浪费原材料和劳动力,Murphy(1959)提出了中止规则,可以依据检查数据决定是否中止生产过程,其中中止规则[S]已经被国家标准GB8052-87采用。该标准仅提供了CSPT的操作程序,连续合格品数i,极限质量LQ,与AOQL相对应的PL值,及中止规则[S]的中止参数s,但未给出在AQL、LQ处的中止概率。计算了多水平连续抽样方案CSPT采用的中止规则[S]在AQL、LQ处的中止概率P1,P2,并在CSPT方案中引入一种更优的中止规则[R]。
Continuous sampling is an inspection technique in which inspection is continuous during production and located as an element of a line producing a continuous flow of product. Considering the four classed of continuous sampling plans (CSP),including CSP 1,CSP 2,CSP T and CSP V. Tightened multi level continuous sampling plans CSP T apply to a steady stream of individual items. In continuous production changes in quality can occur suddenly and may require prompt action to avoid wasting material and labor. Such stopping rules have been extensively investigated by Murphy (1959). They are based on inspection data to stop the manufacturing process in order to correct the condition.Today,rule adopted wildly by GB 8052-87,CSP T in GB 8052-87 presents operation procedures and tables for inspection, the so called characteristic parametric P L , LQ,which P L is the process average at that AOQ function takes its maximum AOQL,which LQ is the special value 0 1. But there are not the stopping probabilities P  , a measure of continuous sampling plans CSP T. P  1 and P  2 are calculated, which are the stopping probabilties at AQL and LQ respectively as stopping rule is employed. Meanwhile a new stopping rule of CSP T is described, which has more advantages in statistical characteristic on every respect than rule . [
