摘要:针对用于氧传感器的密封元件制造中的各类质量问题,通过实验确认,当离心造粒粉料的松装密度在0.830g/cm3左右,含水率在8%左右,压制时加入脱模剂,烧制工艺曲线合理时,可以有效避免密封元件的开裂等外观问题。装配到氧传感器上的泄漏值在1.1~1.3之间,密封效果良好。
Attempts to find the way to solve the problems of manufacturing quality of the sealing component which is subsequently assembled in the oxygen sensors. The experiments optimize the process as follows:bulk density of about 0.83g/cm3 , moisture con- tent of about 8% ,the adding of release agent before compacting and the suitable firing curve. When the improved sealing compo- nents are assembled in the oxygen sensors,the leak value is in the range of 1.1 to 1.3 which is an expected result.
