摘要：研究生思想政治教育作为高等学校思政教育的分支,在高校思政工作中占据重要的地位。通过对当前研究生思政工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出了以学科为平台开展思政工作,探索了各思政实施人员互助协作,课程、实验室和科研项目等资源融合,各思政载体互利互补的"三全育人"新模式,从而形成"学科思政"工作新格局,提升研究生思政工作质量。
As a branch of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, ideological and political education for postgraduates plays an important role in ideological and political work of colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current ideological and political work for graduate students, new ideas are put forward that the ideological and political work should be carried out on disciplines’ platform, and a new mode of "Three-all education" is explored which consists of the mutual assistance and cooperation among the various practitioners performing ideological and political education, the integration of resources such as courses, laboratories and scientific research projects, and the mutual benefit of the ideological and political carriers, to build a new work pattern for "ideological and political education through disciplines" and improve the quality of ideological and political work of postgraduates.
