摘要：企业是实施节能减排的主体,低碳经济时代对企业的发展提出更高的要求。通过分析中国重点行业中企业低碳发展的运行模式和特点,对企业低碳发展的统计、监测与考核体系的整体与相关性进行研究。通过建设低碳企业的评价体系,提出企业低碳发展的指标和评价标准,并对关键指标进行测度,以进行低碳绩效评价,本研究对国家政府低碳发展相关政策制度的建立和完善有重要的现实意义。
Abstract： Enterprises play an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction, and low-carbon economy imposes even higher requirements on them. The operating mode and characteristics of enterprises＇ lowcarbon development in China＇ s key industries are analyzed, and the entirety and relevance concerning the lowcarbon enterprises＇ statistics, monitoring and evaluation systems are studied. By constructing a low-carbon enterprise evaluation system, low-carbon enterprises＇ indicators and evaluation standards are proposed and the key indicators are measured so that low-carbon performance can be assessed. The research is of great practical significance to the establishment and perfection of the government＇ s relevant policies and regulations.
