摘要：通过对国内外人居环境评价的相关文献进行梳理,发现人居环境的研究已经由以往宏观层面指标体系的构建、选取一定的方法来进行评价,转向了关注城市的交通、职住分离、交通通勤等微观视角的深入研究,并进一步地系统综述了人居环境研究的主流评价方法,包括问卷调查法、结构方法模型法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、GIS分析法等。人居环境的评价是不断发展的,其理论内涵也会不断地延伸、其评价指标体系和评价方法也会随着时间和研究地域单元的不同而变化。建立科学的评价指标体系、选择合适的研究方法、建立研究所需的大数据库,加强跨学科的融合与渗透,对人居环境的微观视角深入研究,探究不同类型区域人居环境的演变规律是未来的方向。
The paper summarized the domestic and abroad relevant literature of habitat environment assessment, and found that the studies has been turned from the past to build macro-level indicator system and select a certain method evaluate habitat environment, to microscopic perspective in-depth study on city＇s transport, separation of work and residence, commuter traffic etc. The article systematically summarized the mainstream assessment method, including questionnaires, structured equation model, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and GIS analysis method etc. Therefore, the evaluation of the habitat environment is evolving and its theoretical connotation will continue to extend, and its evaluation index system and evaluation methods will vary with time and research units and geographical changes. In all, to establish a scientific evaluation system, select appropriate research methods, and establish big databases, strengthen cross interdisciplinary integration, study on habitat environment from the micro- perspective, explore the evolution regulation of different types of regional human living environment is future directions.
