摘要:基于某应用型大学本科生导师制的跟踪调查数据发现,本科生导师工作中的导思想、导生活、导就业、导学研之间存在较强的相关性。实证分析结果显示,导师指导在促进学生个性化学习成长中发挥关键作用,在学生德育、智育、体育、美育和劳育不同维度上均呈现出显著的促进作用。基于调查和分析结果,提出应用型大学本科生导师制助力学生个性化成长的提升路径与对策:在本科生导师制的工作内容与标准方面,深化导思想的内涵与方法、强化导生活内容的丰富性与实践性、优化导就业的全面性、拓展导学研的协同性与成长性,同时,完善导师制评价与激励机制并从多层面持续改进,以期实现提高应用型大学教育质量、促进学生全面发展的目标。
Based on the tracking survey data of a certain university’s undergraduate mentor system,it was found that there is a strong correlation between the four variables of guiding ideology,guiding life,guiding employment,and guiding research in the work of undergraduate mentors.Empirical analysis results show that mentor guidance plays a key role in promoting personalized learning and growth of students,especially in different dimensions of student moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education.To this end,it is proposed to further deepen the connotation and methods of guiding ideology in the work content and standards of undergraduate supervisors,strengthen the richness and practicality of guiding life content,optimize the comprehensiveness of guiding employment and enhance synergy in guided research collaboration,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the mentor system and continuously improve it at multiple levels,in order to achieve the goal of improving education quality and promoting the comprehensive development of students.
