摘要:以硼泥为原料制备氯氧镁建材制品,采用流浆法、半干法成型,对试样进行养护龄期为7,28 d的干养护及7 d浸水的湿养护,研究了改性剂、粉煤灰及填充料对制品力学性能和耐水性能的影响,并对试样的水化机理进行了分析。结果表明,氯氧镁制品摩尔比为5(MgO∶MgCl_(2)),轻烧氧化镁粉掺量为24%,粉煤灰掺量为20%时,半干法成型,养护龄期28 d,试样的抗压强度为45 MPa。硼泥氯氧镁制品水化产物包含大量的5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgCl_(2)·8H_(2)O(5·1·8相)、硅酸镁及硅酸铝凝胶,5·1·8相是硼泥氯氧镁水泥制品强度产生及耐水性改善的主要结晶相。
The preparation of magnesium oxychloride building materials from boron mud.Slurry method and semi-dry method were used to shape the samples,and the curing age was 7 d and 28 d for dry during and 7 d for wet during.The effects of modifiers,fly ash and fillers on the mechanical properties and water resistance of the products were studied.The hydration mechanism of the sample was also analyzed.The results showed that under the conditions of the molar ratio of magnesium oxychloride product is 5(MgO∶MgCl_(2)),the content of light burned magnesium oxide powder is 24%,and the content of fly ash is 20%,when semi-dry molding,the curing period is 28 d,the compressive strength of the sample is 45 MPa.The hydration product of boron mud magnesium oxychloride blocks contains large amounts of 5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgCl_(2)·8H_(2)O(5·1·8 phase),magnesium silicate and gel,which is the main crystalline phase for strength and water resistance improvement of boron mud magnesium oxychloride cement products.
