摘要：在教育高质量发展背景下,小班化教学既是适应学龄人口变化趋势的理性选择,更是推动基础教育扩优提质的主动作为。小班化教学是在缩减班级规模的基础上,通过系统的教学改革形成的适应小班特征、发挥教育质量提升优势的教学活动形式。小班化教学的价值意蕴体现在:面向每位学生,实现个性发展的理念导向;革新教学样态,凸显学生主体的实践取向;改善师生交往,促进家校协同的情感联结。通过推动教学样态革新、完善课程体系建设、加快教师专业发展、构建校本教研机制、创设适切育人环境、借助现代技术赋能教育等实践路径,以深化小班化教学改革。
In the context of high-quality educational development,small class teaching represents not only a rational choice adapted to the changing trends of school-age populations but also a proactive endeavor to expand and upgrade the quality of basic education.Small class teaching is a form of instructional activity developed through systematic teaching reform on the basis of reduced class sizes,which adapts to the characteristics of small classes and leverages their advantages in improving educational quality.The value implications of small class teaching are manifested in:the conceptual orientation of achieving individualized development for every student;the practical orientation of innovating instructional paradigms and highlighting students′subjectivity;and the emotional connection of improving teacher-student interaction and promoting home-school collaboration.Deepening the reform of small class teaching requires practical paths such as promoting the innovation of instructional paradigms,improving curriculum system construction,accelerating teachers′professional development,building school-based teaching and research mechanisms,creating appropriate educational environments,and empowering education through modern technologies.
