摘要:舒乐粉是以产自四川凉山地区的紫参和魔芋为主要原料加工而成的即食性天然食品。它具有高蛋白、高膳食纤维和低脂肪的特点。以含20%舒乐粉的饲料喂养四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖小鼠的实验证明,舒乐粉具有延缓肠道吸收碳水化合物,显著降低小鼠餐后血糖和空腹血糖浓度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对小鼠糖化血红蛋白浓度也有明显的降低作用。由此说明舒乐粉是糖尿病中理想的疗效食品,值得大力推广。
The therapeutic effects of Shu-le powder(SLP),a natural foodstuffs composed of high protein, high fiber, various essential amino acids, Vitamins(E,C,P,PP etc) and trace elements (Fe,Zn,Se,Ge etc) on alloxan-diabetic mice were tested.SLP diet caused significant reduction in carbohydrate tolerance of mice as compared with the wheat flour.The average fasting blood glucose level were significantly lower than those before the test after 15 days of feeding with SLP diet(P<0.01).In addition,the glycosylated hemoglobin level which was a longterm indicator of .the degree of hyperlycemia markedly were reduced at the 25th day (p<0.01).This study indicates that SLP is beneficial for diabetic patients.
