摘要：企业开展电子商务活动的关键是其电子商务模式的选择。本文针对农业产业化龙头企业电子商务模式的应用情况进行调查研究,从电子商务模式的应用情况、企业网站的建设情况等方面调查了北京76家农业产业化重点龙头企业。通过调查得出,北京农业产业化龙头企业在实施电子商务过程中主要采用信息发布、企业网站和电子商店等几种模式。结合调查研究结果对农业产业化龙头企业实施电子商务提出建议,企业应依据自身的定位和发展战略制定电子商务发展规划,可采用实现经营服务信息化、作为产品或服务中介、开展协同电子商务分阶段发展的电子商务模式。
The key to implement e-commerce activities for enterprise is to select the appropriate e-commerce mode.This paper studied the current situation of e-commerce model and the situation of website construction by choosing seventy-six agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Beijing as the research objects.The results showed that agricultural industrialization leading enterprises mainly used the information release mode,the enterprise website mode and the e-shop mode to implement e-commerce.This paper put forward some suggestions for the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises,they could make e-commerce development planning according to the enterprise position and development strategy,and use three stage development mode to implement e-commerce,that is,achievement operational service informationization,realization intermediary service e-commerce and development collaborative e-commerce.
