摘要：随着信息技术的发展,新业态、新模式、新产业层出不穷,算力基础设施建设逐步成为高校数字化转型的重要支撑。应用型大学是高等教育的重要组成部分,通过对应用型大学高质量发展的时代特征分析,指出其在发展过程中面临的机遇、挑战和制约,进而从党建引领、构建统一共性算力平台、支撑“AI+教育”、赋能教育场景以及构建数据驱动的高校治理体系等方面提出推动应用型大学高质量发展的路径。
With the development of information technology,new business forms,models,and industries are emerging continuously,and the construction of computing infrastructure has gradually become a crucial support for the digital transformation of universities.Application-oriented universities constitute a vital component of higher education.By analyzing the characteristics of the high-quality development of application-oriented universities in the current era,this paper identifies the opportunities,challenges,and constraints they face during their development.Furthermore,it explores pathways to promote the high-quality development of application-oriented universities through aspects of party building,the construction of a unified common computing platform,supporting“AI+education”,empowering educational scenarios,and building a data-driven governance system for universities.
