摘要：随着服务外包产业的迅猛发展,我国服务外包人才短缺,如何培养合格的服务外包人才已成为我国高等教育中的热点问题。北京联合大学作为国家级和北京市级服务外包人才培养实验区,已经将CDIO(构思,Conceive;设计,Design;实施,Implement;运行,Operate)这种先进的教育模式运用在实验班的教学实践中。文章从人才培养模式、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等多个方面阐述了CDIO模式的具体实施过程,分析和总结了改革效果。
With the rapid development of service outsourcing industry, which leads to shortages of service outsourcing talents, how to train qualified personnel in higher education has become a hot issue. Combined with the service outsourcing talent cultivation experiment of our school of the nation - level and Beijing municipal, and based on CDIO （ Conceive, Design, Implement, and Operate） model in teaching practice, this paper deeply studies the service outsourcing talents training mode and innovative ways. It constructs the talents training mode of service outsourcing and discusses related issues about teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods.
