摘要：泛在网络环境下,高校图书馆电子阅览室面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。论述了电子阅览室要抓住机遇、迎接挑战,制定具有前瞻性的服务策略,从人员结构、硬件设施、空间环境、资源配置及管理制度等方面入手,提高电子资源的利用率。
Electronic reading room of university library is facing unprecedented chances and challenges in ubiquitous network environment. This paper discusses that electronic reading room should seize the chances, meet the challenges, formulate far-sighted service strategies, and improve the utilization rate of electronic resources from aspects of personnel structure, hardware facilities, spatial environment, resources allocation, and management system, etc..
