摘要:方法:用超微颗粒(80%<1μm)钙、碳酸钙、脱脂乳粉配制的饲料及基础的低钙饲料分别喂养4组断乳Wistar大鼠4周,并做3天钙代谢实验。结果:超微颗粒钙组大鼠体重增长率为80.4%;钙吸收率、储留率及利用率分别为71.1%、91.4%和61.4%;股骨指数为5.88;股骨钙存留率为4.97%,与碳酸钙组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。血清钙为2.39mmol/L;血清磷为2.31mmol/L,均在正常范围以内。与脱脂乳粉组比较,超微颗粒钙的利用率达到脱脂乳粉组的73%以上。结论:超微颗粒钙可以作为机体良好的钙源,广泛用于食品添加剂和药物。
The ultramicrocalcium powder prepared from mineral of calcium by the plasma technology was a calcium product with ultramicrosize.We fed weaning Wistar rats of 4 groups by using feed containing ultramicrocalcium powder,CaCO3,skimmed milk powder and basal low calcium meal for 4 weeks respectively and made calcium metabolism tests for 3 days.The results showed that body weight gain rate of ultramicrocalcium group was 80.4%,its Ca absorption rate,retention rate,and utilization were 71.1%,91.4% and 61.4%;femur index was 5.88;Ca retention rate in femur was 4.97% respectively.The above results were significantly higher than those of CaCO3 group (P<0/05 or P<0.01).The content of serum Ca and P was 2.39mmol/L and 2.31 mmol/L respectively which were within normal limits.Ultramicrocalcium group when compared with skimmed milk powder group,Ca utilization rate of the former was more than 73% that of the latter.Therefore ultramicrocalcium is a good calcium resource and can be extensively used in food additives and medicines.
