摘要：社会资本,作为一种文化软动力,在企业成长过程中发挥着不同于其他资本形态(物质、人力等)的独特作用。本文在阐述社会资本的本质及功效的基础上,探讨了社会资本促进企业成长的相互作用机制,比较了中西两种社会资本在概念、组织方式及功效方面的差异,指出了为适应新经济社会环境的发展我国社会资本发展应努力走传统与现代兼容之路。
Social capital,as a kind of soft cultural power,plays a unique role in the process of enterprise growth,which is different from other forms of capital(such as material,human etc.).Based on formulating the nature and function of the social capital,this paper discussed the interactional promoting mechanism between social capital and enterprise growth,then compared the difference,s between two kinds of social capital in terms of concept,organization mode and functions,and pointed out that in order to adapt to the new economic and social environment,development of social capital in China should follow a compatible way combining traditional and modern forms.
