摘要：　从安全性、经济性及便于维护等目标出发,提出用计算机图像识别方法来检查判断继电保护压板连接正确与否。用计算机、摄像机等设备完成了继电保护压板图像识别系统的硬件配置,用VisualC++进行了系统软件的设计,该系统可以实现变电站继电保护压板通断状态的不带电自动识别。经过现场调试证明,系统可行并具有安全可靠、成本低的优势。
The image recognition method to check the status of the relaying plate is presented from the goal in safety, economy and convenience for maintenance. The hardware of the image recognition system is configured with some devices such as computer and camera. The software of the system is designed with Visual C++. The system can perform automatic and non-electric recognition to relaying plate in a substation. The field test can show the system is effective and has many advantages, such as good safety, high reliability and lower cost.
