摘要:课程思政理念提出以来,对高校导师制教学模式产生了积极的指导意义,导师制作为人才培养的主要载体,紧跟教育改革步伐,及时革新导师制教学模式,将思想政治教育贯彻落实于教学全过程迫在眉睫。本文通过深度挖掘课程思政背景下高校导师制教学存在的问题,有针对性地探索课程思政理念与高校导师制教学模式交互渗透的有效模式,强调导师要突破传统教学模式,在知识传授中强调价值引领与人格塑造,坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,实现全程育人,全方位育人。
Since the concept of curriculum ideological and political education was put forward,it has produced a positive guiding significance to the teaching mode of the tutorial system in colleges and universities.It is urgent to keep up with the pace of educational reform,innovate the teaching mode of tutorial system in time,and implement the ideological and political education in the whole teaching process of tutorial system,which is the main carrier of personnel training.By digging deeply into the problems existing in the teaching of tutorial system in colleges and universities under the background of curriculumideological and political education,this paper probes into the effective mode of interaction and infiltration between the concept of curriculum ideological and political education and the teaching mode of tutorial system in colleges and universities,stresses that tutors should break through the traditional teaching mode,emphasize the value guidance and personality shaping in the teaching of knowledge,insist on the establishment of moral as the central part,and treat education in a whole and all-round way.
