摘要：随着社会数字化、网络化进程的不断加快,参考咨询在服务平台、服务方式等各方面都产生了革命性的转变。概述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的内容、手段和方式,指出了网络环境下开展参考咨询服务应注意的几个问题。
Along with the continuous speeding up of the social di gitalization and networking, the consultancy service has produced the revolution ary transformation in the service platform, and service mode, etc. This paper de scribes the contents, means and methods of library's consultancy service under t he network environment, and points out some problems needing attention in develo ping the consultancy service under the network environment.
