摘要：系统阐述目前干法选煤厂自动化系统中存在的问题,提出干法选煤厂应集中精力开发干法分选主机智能控制系统,依托现代计算机网络技术,构建干法选煤厂智能管控系统,实现原煤可选性分析、干法分选工艺决策、主机操作参数控制、分选效果数据统计分析及供配电和机电设备运行维护等智能化,从而完成干法选煤厂生产管理模式的变革。干法选煤厂生产智能化系统设计规划探讨旨在建立及提升干法选煤厂智能化控制水平,达到分选工艺决策、设备控制和生产管理智能化,全面提升干法选煤企业的竞争力。
The current problems in the automation system of dry coal processing plant were systematically elaborated,and the intelligence of dry coal processing plant should focus on developing intelligent control system of dry coal processing mainframe.Relying on modern computer network technology,the intelligent control system of dry coal processing plant was built,and the intelligence of raw coal selectivity analysis,dry coal processing process decision,host operation parameter control,sorting effect data statistical analysis and operation and maintenance of power supply and distribution and electromechanical equipment was realized,so as to complete the change of production management mode of dry coal processing plant.The objective of the intelligent system design and planning of dry coal processing plant is to establish and improve the intelligent control level of dry coal processing plant,to achieve intelligent sorting process decision,equipment control and production management,and to improve the competitiveness of dry coal processing enterprise.
