摘要:COVID-19 has profound impacts on the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) enterprises. This study aims to investigate the drivers for the resilience of MICE enterprises in the post-pandemic era from a Chinese organizational perspective. Following the exploratory mixed method approach, preliminary drivers were first identified through literature and semi-structured interviews under the grounded theory approach. Then, an offline survey was conducted among exhibitors and organizers at the convention. Through structural equation modeling, the findings reveal that three drivers, enterprise operation management, enterprise strategic management, and stakeholder management, have significant positive relationships with the resilience and development of MICE industry.
