摘要：德日两国同样具有军国主义传统,而且德国还多了一个纳粹主义,但是为什么第二次世界大战结束后,德国能很好地反思战争责任并进行真诚忏悔,而日本不仅不反思战争责任,反而不断颠倒事实、歪曲历史、淡化战争责任?影响战败国对其战争罪行进行反思的原因有多种,其中有文化传统和国际国内政治环境等,但决定战败国对战争责任反思好坏的,不是文化传统,而是战败的侵略国所处的国际国内政治环境。我们在敦促日本政府正视历史,采取正确态度对战争责任进行反思的同时,还必须要求美国改变对日本的纵容态度。我们千万不能忘记马克思主义关于战争与和平的基本观点和惨痛历史教训,在任何情况下,都要加强自身的国防建设,用强大的国防力量保卫国家安全。
Germany and Japan both have militarism traditions, and Germany also has Nazi history Yet the question is wily Germany could reflect on its war responsibility with sincere repentance at the end of the Second World War, while Japan not only refuses to do so, but hide the truth, distort history, and downplay its war responsibility There are many reasons for a defeated country to reflect on its war crimes, such as cultural traditions and the international and domestic political environment, yet the former cannot compel the defeated country to reflect well, the latter can. When we urge the Japanese government to face up to history and take a correct attitude towards its war responsibility, we must also require the US not to indulge Japan. We must never forget the basic Marxist views and painful lessons on war and peace. In any case, we should never stop strengthening our national defense development so as to defend national security
