摘要：英语通常被我们称为第二语言,它是一门用来进行交际的工具。教师讲授英语不是为考而教,学生学习不是为考而学。学生在课堂学习中,应加强自我学习意识,把被动地学习英语变为主动应用。英语教学应加强课堂评估,提高评估标准。
Now we have realized that English is a tool for communication. Teachers teach and students learn not for the purpose of passing examinations. Moreover, students should strengthen the self-study consciousness and turn passive language study into active application besides their classroom study. The paper proposed that we should strengthen assessment in class and raise the standard of learning by reforming the assessment in education.
