摘要：发展生态经济是当今经济社会发展的必然,作为生态经济发展载体和重要内涵的生态城市建设也提到议事日程。北京是特大城市,建设生态城市尤为必要。北京大城市病可以通过京津冀区域协同发展来缓解,北京生态城市建设可以通过京津冀区域生态一体化发展来促进。生态城市建设是一个复杂的综合系统,为了推动北京生态城市快速发展,本文基于"五位一体"系统,从生态城市的内涵、动力机制、发展模式等方面,提出了北京生态城市建设的策略。
Developing ecological economy is the inevitable in today's economic and social development.The ecological city construction is the inevitable trend,as the development carrier and the important meaning of ecological economic. Beijing is big city as China's capital,ecological city construction in Beijing is required. Under the new normal,Beijing city disease can alleviate by Beijing- tianjin- hebei region coordinated development,ecological city construction in Beijing can promote through the development of Beijing- tianjin- hebei regional ecological integration. The construction of ecological city is a complex integrated system. In order to promote the ecological urban construction of Beijing,this article is based on'five one'system,from the concept and connotation of ecological city,the oretical exploration,development mode and the development of Beijing- tianjin- hebei regional ecological integration,etc.,we put forward the ecological city construction strategy in Beijing.
