摘要：通过对北京和上海10所高校大学生进行调查分析,了解京沪大学生的创业意识、创业精神和创业能力。调查显示,京沪大学生整体创业素质能力较高,但也存在影响大学生创业素质能力提升的问题:创业课程培训的普及率不高,大学生缺少创业激情,创业的"坚持不懈精神"不足,创业能力中"设定目标能力"和"产融互动能力"较弱等问题。对此建议如下:高校要完善创新创业教育生态体系;提升大学生创业心理资本水平;建立产学助创协同育人机制;培育基于地域文化的创新创业文化。
Through the investigation and analysis of college students in ten universities in Beijing and Shanghai understanding the entrepreneurial consciousness,spirit and ability of college students in Beijing and Shanghai.The survey shows that the overall entrepreneurial quality and ability of college students in Beijing and Shanghai are high,however there are still some problems affecting the improvement of college students’entrepreneurial quality and ability.The popularity of entrepreneurship course training is not high;college students lack entrepreneurial passion;entrepreneurial"perseverance"is not enough;the entrepreneurial abilities of setting goals and interacting with industry and finance are weak.The suggestions are as follows:colleges and universities should constantly improve the entrepreneurship education system;improve the level of college students’entrepreneurial psychological capital;establish the cooperative education mechanism of industry and university.
