摘要：“课程思政”是高校落实党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要举措,也是立德树人的人才培养导向的历史使命[1]。“商业银行业务管理”课作为高校金融类专业的必修课,不仅具有为行业培养人才的育人功能,还有重要的政治功能。本文通过挖掘“商业银行业务管理”课程中蕴含的家国情怀、科学精神、职业道德和规范、社会责任感、全球视野、创新精神和实践能力等思政元素,探讨“商业银行业务管理”课程的思政内涵、教学设计和教学开展方式等,提出加强“课程思政”作为立德树人根本性举措的建议。
“Courses for ideological and political education”is an important measure for colleges and uni?versities to effectively implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of Chi?na and Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics.The“Commercial Banking Busi?ness Management”course,as a compulsory course for college finance majors,has not only the education func?tion of cultivating talents for the industry,but also an important political function.This article explores the ide?ological and political elements of the“Commercial Banking Business Management”course by digging into the homeland feelings,scientific spirit,professional ethics and norms,social responsibility,global vision,innovative spirit and practical ability,discusses the ideological and political connotation,teaching design and teaching de?velopment method,and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the“courses for ideological and political ed?ucation”as a fundamental measure of moral education.
