摘要：目的:分析影响老年人生活满意度的生理、心理及社会因素以及各因素之间的关系,探讨社会支持对生活满意度影响的中介机制。方法:采用Diener生活满意度量表、改编的肖水源社会支持量表、Steger生命意义量表、Kessler10心理健康量表、自编的生理健康量表,对北京市504名老年人进行调查。结果:生理健康、心理健康、生命意义和社会支持均与老年人的生活满意度显著相关。回归分析显示,相比生理健康,心理健康和生命意义对生活满意度的影响更大。中介分析发现,社会支持通过生命意义、心理健康和生理健康间接影响生活满意度。其中,社会支持→生命意义→生活满意度的路径预测作用最大,对生活满意度的解释达到47.7%。结论:社会支持可通过提高老年人的生命意义感和身心健康水平而增进老年人生活满意度。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the physiological,psychological and social factors that influence the life satisfaction of the elderly,and to explore the mediating mechanism between social support and life satisfaction.Meth?ods:504 residents in Beijing were investigated by questionnaires listed below:Diener’s life satisfaction scale,revised Xiao Shuiyuan social support scale,Steger’s meaning in life questionnaire,Kessler10 mental health scale and self-made physi?cal health scale.Results:The results of the survey found that physical health,mental health,life meaning and social sup?port were all significantly related to the life satisfaction of the elderly.Regression analysis showed that compared to physical health,mental health and life meaning had greater influence on life satisfaction.The intermediary analysis found that social support affected life satisfaction through the indirect effects of life meaning,mental health and physical health.Among them,the indirect effect of life meaning is the most important,explaining 47.7%of the life satisfaction.Conclusion:Social support can improve the elderly’s life satisfaction by improving their sense of life meaning and physical and mental health.
