摘要：目的分析我校女教工颈肩腰腿痛的成因,探讨分析非药物疗法对颈肩腰腿痛患者的治疗效果,为临床中诊疗高校群体中以颈肩腰腿痛症状的治疗提供有效的参考依据.方法将2017年1月至2019年12月来我校医院就诊治疗106例颈肩痛患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组50例和实验组56例,其中对照组的患者采用口服和外敷西药的治疗方法,实验组患者则在对照组治疗基础上,根据病情增加实施理疗、针刺、手法、拨罐多种方法联合的非药物治疗方法,分析比较两组患者治疗效果.结果治疗后实验组患者总有效率96.4%明显高于对照组患者有效率82%(P<0.05).结论颈肩腰腿痛患者联合多种非药物治疗能够明显改善患者的疼痛症状.非药物疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果良好,多种形式的非药物治疗效果优于采用口服和外敷西药的方法.
Objective To analyze the causes of neck,shoulder,lumbocrural pain among female teachers in our university,and toexplore the therapeutic effect of non drug therapy on patients with neck,shoulder,lumbocrural pain,so as to provide effective reference for the treatment of neck,shoulder,lumbocrural pain symptoms in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of University groups.in college groups.Methods 106 patients with neck shoulderlumbocrural painin our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(56 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with oral and external application of Western medicine,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with physiotherapy,acupuncture,manipulation and cupping on the basis of the control group Combined with non drug treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The the total effective rate of 96.4%in the experimental group was significantly higher than t hat of 82%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain symptoms of patients with neck shoulder lumbocrural pain combined with a variety of non drug treatment can significantly improve the pain symptoms of patients.The effect of non drug therapy in the treatment of neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain is good,and the effect of various forms of non drug treatment is better than that of oral and external application of Western medicine.
