摘要:通过对北京市15所培智学校体育教学现状的调查,主要得出以下结论:(1)总体而言,目前培智学校学生智力残疾程度以中重度学生为主;体育教师学历符合国家和北京市对基础教育教师学历要求,男体育教师居多,中青年教师为主,教师职称以初级和中级为多;(2)在体育教学方面,体育教学目标注重智力落后学生身心健康发展;教学内容注重学生的兴趣和功能缺陷及运动技能的学习;教学组织形式主要采用集体和分层教学,注重照顾学生的个别差异,体育教学评价方式简单,内容较单一,缺乏系统科学的体育教学评价制度;(3)在体育硬件方面,体育场地设施及器材基本满足体育教学,但还不能满足课余训练和课外体育活动,缺少标准场地,城乡体育设施条件差异较大。
This study aims to explore the present situation of physical education in 15 schools for the mentally retarded in Beijing. The results show the following: (1) The students in these schools are mostly those with mod- erate and.severe intellectual disabilities; the physical education teachers in these schools have an educational background which satisfies both the national and municipal needs for basic education; most of the teachers in these schools are young and middle-aged male teachers; and most of them have primary and intermediate profes- sional rifles. (2) The teaching targets focus on both physical and mental development of students with intellectual disabilities; the teaching attaches importance to the students' interest, functional impairments and motor skills; the teaching methods mostly involve group teaching and hierarchal teaching, and the attention to individual differ- ences of the students; physical education lacks a systemic and scientific system of evaluation, as is evidenced by simple evaluation methods and monotonous teaching content. (3) The sports sites and facilities basically satisfy the needs for regular physical education, but cannot meet the demand for extracurricular training and activities; these schools lack standard sports sites, and urban schools have much better sports facilities than rural schools.
