摘要：本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑归纳等方法对大学生家长心理健康观进行研究,结果发现多数家长能够认识到心理健康对个体全面发展的重要性。认为心理健康在不同时期对大学生良好的品德修养和文化素养有重要影响。但少数家长认为对个体心理健康教育缺乏心理干预方法。因此,改善大学生家长心理健康观念对大学生的成长有重要的现实意义。
Through literature, questionnaire, logical induction and other methods to study mental health of college students con-cept of parents found that most parents can recognize the importance of mental health for the individual all-round development. Think mental health at different times have a major impact on the good moral character and cultural qualities of the students. But few parents think the lack of individual mental health education psychological intervention methods. Therefore, parents ideas to improve the mental health of college students on the growth of college students has important practical significance.
