摘要:北京联合大学文博馆收藏的一件清代青花松鹿图瓶,其口沿处和颈部有残缺,并有修复痕迹,但修复材料已经老化变色,影响了该件文物的保存与展示。由于该器物口沿部分缺失较多,残片已不复存在。本文作者通过查阅资料与图录,依据考古类型学比对考证,得出该瓷器的口沿形制。按照国家文物局文物保护规范,对该件器物的病害进行调查,并对原修复材料进行测试分析,选择合适的拆解方法与材料;另外,根据瓷器特性选择补配材料与上色材料。在对破损的青花松鹿图瓶进行拆分、粘接、补配、打磨、上色等修复工艺后,该件器物达到博物馆展览的修复效果。本文在原件破损、残缺的情况下,通过有依据的考证及科学分析,为该件文物的科学保护与修复提供了依据,也为其他破损文物的科学保护修复提供了借鉴。
A blue and white jug from Qing dynasty with pine treed and deer painting collected at cultural relics museum in Beijing Union University has been restored after a piece from the mouth to neck part is missing and the mark of restoration is still visible.However,with the aging,the materials of restoration discolored,which in turn affects the protection and the exhibition of the jug.Because the broken piece is nowhere to be found,the author figured out the shape and the pattern of the lost piece by consulting the related books and illustrations with the help of comparing research in archeology typology.Based on the cultural relics protection regulations from the National Cultural Heritage Administration,the damage was examined and the original restoration materials were analyzed with proper disassembling method and materials.In addition,filling and coloring materials are chosen according to the feature of the original piece.After a series of technical processes like disassembling,pasting,filling,polishing,and coloring,it has achieved the standard of fine restored exhibit.This pater provides scientific support for the protection and restoration considering the original piece is damaged and with a big piece missing.Meanwhile it has provided reference and ideas for other damaged cultural heritage.
