摘要：为了正确估测机器翻译技术的发展并且给予指导,对现有的机译系统进行测试与评估即机器翻译系统的评价就显得非常必要。本文给出了一种评测机器翻译系统的模糊评价方法,不仅从理论上作了严谨的推导,而且将这种方法应用到了实例评测当中。应用表明,该方法不仅评价质量高,而且速度块。
In order to evaluate the development of the Machine Translation Technology and render direction correctly, it is necessary to test and evaluate the Machine Translation Systems which exist now. This paper provided a way of fuzzy evaluation to assess Ma- chine Translation System. It not only deduced rigorously in theory, but also used it in case evaluation. The Application shows that this proposed evaluation arithmetic is effective and high quality.
