摘要：急剧的社会变迁使学校危机事件层出不穷。在危机事件中,学校与公众之间畅通的信息传输渠道非常关键。但遭遇具体的危机事件时,学校管理者往往面临着更复杂的、更多的现实困境,包括制度的缺失、利益的冲突、协调机制的不完善、成本与技术的约束等。但学校仍然必须以保障师生的生命安全为最高准则,完善危机信息预警系统,在第一时间提供可操作性的行动信息,建立责任追究制,及与新闻媒介进行良好的合作。
More and more school crisis occur with the rapid social change, information communicating between school and public are more needed. Though, school managers face many difficulties in practice, including system lack, interest conflict, mechanism out of line, cost and technique limit, following steps must be taken When opening the school crisis information, guaranteeing the teachers and students＇ llfe, perfecting the warning system for crisis information, providing the maneuverability action information at the first time, setting up the system for responsibility investigation, cooperating with the medium.
