摘要：2008年马英九赢得台湾地区领导人选举的胜利,国民党重新上台执政,为两岸关系发展打开了一扇至关重要的机会之窗。一年来,国民党的大陆政策调整与马英九的大陆政策论述,显示出在"九二共识"的基础上恢复和促进两岸和平交流,将成为国民党执政后大陆政策的基本发展方向。
A crucial window of opportunities for the development of cross-strait relations was opened after the resumption of power of Chinese Nationalist Party as Mr. Ma Ying Jeou won the top-leader election campaign in Taiwan in 2008. Over the past year, both the adjustment in mainland policies on the part of Kuomindang and the presentation by Ma Ying Jeou on mainland policies indicate that resuming and promoting peaceful communication across the Strait on the basis of the 1992 Consensus will become the major direction of development in its mainland policies after Guomindang＇ s resumption of power.
