摘要：构建高校党内民主保障机制是推进高校党内民主建设的重要组成部分。本文探讨了当前构建高校党内民主保障机制的问题,认为可以从制度建设、运行程序及意识与作风三方面进行路径探索,以促进高校党内民主的实效性。
The guarantee mechanism building is an important part of promoting the building of intra-party democracy in institutions of higher learning. This article discusses issues concerning the building of the mechanism for intra-party democracy at present and holds that we can make efforts in the three aspects of building related systems, working out effective procedures and improving Party member＇s consciousness and work styles so as to enhance etticiency of the intra-party democracy.
