摘要：当前关于人工智能赋能国家形象传播的研究多聚焦于人工智能对国家形象传播的正向赋能,在研究视野上未跳出结构功能主义的框架,且透露出一种技术决定论的乐观主义倾向。人工智能赋能国家形象传播可从技术自主论、社会建构论和批判论等角度加以认识,需考量技术依赖与国家形象传播自觉性之间的关系,对基于技术的国家形象真实传播范式转换问题,还需在保持国家意识形态基础上穿透算法偏见、技术主导型意识形态的帷幕。
Current research on the role of artificial intelligence(AI)in empowering national image communication predominantly focuses on the positive contributions of AI,often within the basic framework of structural functionalism.This perspective reveals an optimistic tendency toward technological determinism in its interpretation.The empowerment of national image communication by AI encompasses diverse technological viewpoints,which can be understood from the perspectives of technological autonomy,social constructivism,and critical theory.When considering AI's role in national image communication,it is essential to examine the relationship between technological dependence and the autonomy of national image communication.There exists a tension between the authentic dissemination and the constructed dissemination of national image.Additionally,it is necessary to navigate through the two veils of ideology,the ideology of algorithmic bias,and the ideology of technological domination.
