摘要：依据科学计量学基本原理,运用Bibexcel和Citespace等科学计量和可视化软件对CSSCI数据库提供的2001-2010年国内人力资本研究文献记录资料进行了来源文献统计分析、关键词共现分析和文献共被引分析等,以探讨近10年来国内人力资本研究的基本情况、主要研究热点和最有影响力的权威文献等,为该领域的进一步深入研究提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the basic principles of Scientometrics, we make use of the scientific., measurement software of Bibexcel and information visualization tool of Citespace to make source literature statistical analysis, keywords co - occurrence analy- sis and documents co - cited analysis on domestic human capital data from CSSCI form 2001 to 2010, and study the basic situation of domestic literature, meun research focus and the most influential authoritative literature of domestic human cap- ital research in the past 10 years. The paper will provide reference for further study in the field.
