摘要:企业文化和企业核心竞争力都是非常抽象的概念,二者同属于企业的内部特性。通过对企业文化和企业核心竞争力的比较分析,认为企业文化是企业的软环境,企业竞争力则是物化了的理念和技术,是具有物质生产与创造的一种能力,二者虽有本质上的区别,但又是相辅相成的。它们的关系可以比作是一种元素与化合物的关系,文化的积累是形成核心竞争力的必要途径。因此,可以通过文化积累的三个步骤和两次升华构建企业核心竞争力:即依次经历价值观认同、心理归属(融合)和谋求创新阶段,逐步实现大众文化到企业文化的升华和企业精神到核心竞争力的升华。
Both enterprise culture and enterprise core competitiveness are very abstract concepts,both of which belong to the internal properties of an enterprise.A comparative analysis between enterprise culture and enterprise core competitiveness concludes that enterprise culture is the soft environment for an enterprise,and that enterprise competitiveness is the materialization of the concept and technology,a kind of ability for material production and creation.Both of them are different in essence but mutually complementary.Their relationship can be compared to as a relationship of element and compound.The accumulation of culture is a necessary path to form the core competitiveness.Therefore,the core competitiveness can be constructed through the cultural accumulation in three steps with sublimation twice: namely the steps of value approval,psychological belonging(inclusion) and innovation pursuit in sequence,to gradually realize the sublimation from popular culture to enterprise culture and the sublimation from the spirit of enterprise to the core competitiveness..
