摘要：目前,社会对应用型人才的需求日趋增强。为了培养应用型人才,高校需要对课程教学进行相应的改革。本文在分析社会对应用型管理人才需求特点的基础上,探讨了应用型高校管理类专业西方经济学教学如何适应社会对应用型人才各方面素质的要求,在教学内容和教学方法方面有所创新。
At present, the need of applied talents by the society is greater and greater. In order to train applied talents, universities should do some related reforms on curriculum teaching. Based on the analysis of the need characteristics of applied talents by the society, this article discusses how the teaching of Western Economics , the applied universities＇ administer speciality, should adapt the variety diathesis needs from the society towards applied talents and innovations on teaching contents and teaching approaches.
