摘要:目的优化三棱中甘露醇的微波辅助萃取工艺。方法以甘露醇含量为响应指标,通过均匀试验设计,采用二次响应曲面和通径分析并结合单因素实验优化三棱中甘露醇的微波辅助萃取工艺。结果获得的响应曲面方程在α<0.01的水平上显著,优化的萃取工艺参数为:微波功率1 400 W,辐射时间30 min,浸泡时间120 min,固液比为1∶6,乙醇浓度为45%,模型预测值的相对误差小于1%。结论获得的响应曲面方程在α<0.01的水平上显著,优化的萃取工艺参数为:微波功率1 400 W,辐射时间30 min,浸泡时间120 min,固液比为1:6,乙醇浓度为45%,模型预测值的相对误差小于1%。
Objective To optimize microwave extraction process of mannitol from Sparganium stoloniferum. Methods Guided by the contents of mannitol in Sparganium stoloniferum, uniform design, response surface analysis and path analysis were used to optimize microwave extraction process by combining with single factor experiment. Results Obtained response surface equation is notable at the level a 〈 0.01 and the relative error of the predicted value from the model was smaller than 1%. The optimized process was established as following :1400 W as radiation power, 30 min as radiation time, 120 min as dipping time and 6 times as the ratio of solid to solvent and 45% of alcohol as extractor. Conclusion The established model is quite notable and has quite high prediction precision and the yield of mannitol extracted by the optimized microwave extraction process is the highest as compared with other processes.
