摘要：基于TPB理论,以338位酒店顾客为研究对象,运用探索性因子分析方法研究发现,我国酒店顾客绿色消费行为的影响因素主要来源于4个方面:消费者自我效能、环境忧虑程度、对于酒店经营行为的认知程度以及消费者个人的消费习惯。
In this study,based on TPB theory,from the view of 338 hotel customers,using the exploratory factor analysis method,we found that the impact of the hotel customer＇s green consumption behavior was mainly derived from 4 aspects： consumer self-efficacy,environmental concerns,hotel cognition and consumption habits.
