摘要：本文运用Citespace可视软件,通过文献共被引方法对1970—2009年国外人力资源管理研究热点及其演进历程进行客观分析。在此基础上,结合各阶段人力资源管理研究热点创生、演进的社会条件和影响因素,归纳、阐释了人力资源管理研究热点的演进机理,为进一步开展人力资源管理研究提供参考。
In this article, the author used visualization software of Citespace to review human resource management research focus from 1970 to 2009. Based on the social conditions and influencing factors of research focus＇ creation and evolution in the different stages, the evolution mechanism is summarized and explained to provide a reference for human resource management research.
