摘要：台湾的选举文化是台湾政治文化最深层因素在选举面向上的延伸。在台湾选举中,以血缘和情感为中心组织竞选的现象是考察台湾选举文化形成的基本出发点,而选举制度的设计又从外部强化了选举文化的恶质特征。虽然台湾的选举制度即将改变,但是要改变选举文化显然还要很长的时间。
Taiwan election culture exhibits campaign, there is a phenomenon which an expansion of the deepest political culture in Taiwan. In Taiwan election shows that the election is based on certain degrees of consanguinity and affection. This phenomenon has been approached in this paper as the first aspect to investigate Taiwan election culture, and the design of the election system externalizes the negative part of Taiwan election culture. Although Taiwan＇ s election system will soon be changed, it will take a long time to change its election culture.
