摘要：数字经济能够促进绿色技术创新,推动经济转型升级,为经济高质量发展注入新动力。基于我国2011—2019年各省份面板数据,并利用面板阈值模型研究数字经济、绿色技术创新与绿色经济增长之间的关系。结果表明:绿色技术创新对地区绿色经济增长具有显著的促进作用;数字经济发展对绿色经济增长的影响呈现U型特征,当数字经济发展到一定阶段时,不仅能够促进绿色经济增长,还促使绿色技术创新对绿色经济增长的影响具有边际效应递增的非线性特征;数字经济和绿色技术创新对绿色经济增长都具有显著的区域异质性。因此,为了促进绿色经济增长,需要进一步激发绿色技术创新活力,大力发展数字经济并促进区域合作。
Digital economy can empower green technology innovation and promote economic transformation and upgrading,which injects new impetus into high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of provinces from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses the panel threshold model to study the relationship among digital economy,green technological innovation and green economic growth.It has been found that green technology innovation can significantly promote regional green economic growth.The impact of digital economy development on green economy growth presents a U-shaped characteristic.When the digital economy reaches a certain stage of development,it not only promotes green economy growth,but also promotes the non-linear characteristic of increasing marginal effects of green technology innovation on green economy growth.Both digital economy and green technology innovation have significant regional heterogeneity in promoting green economic growth.Therefore,it is necessary to further stimulate the vitality of green technology innovation,vigorously develop the digital economy,and promote regional cooperation in order to promote green economic growth.
